Once an industrial landmark in Petaling Jaya that led to the town's first roundabout being named in its honour: Rothman's Roundabout, a name still affectionately used today. Now, we're building on that past and reimagining this iconic spot for a whole new future.

Factory 19 is a radical reimagination of the building's industrial past that sees a transformation of an old relic into a living canvas of colour, culture and community.
It preserves the factory's original grit, showcased through its red bricks, exposed steel and gantry structures, which is then injected with vibrant life through bold typographic murals, playful and interactive sculptures crafted from repurposed materials, and modular scaffolding systems that serve as both retail frames and metaphors for transformation.
The central courtyard serves as a dynamic, ever-changing cultural and social core, softened by pockets of lush greenery, while colour itself is used as a tool of emotion and identity, which contrasts raw industrial tones with vivid hues.
